9/27 “Track workout”

The next 3 Tuesday track workouts will meet at the Wells Ice Arena in College Park.
Tomorrow, arrive at 6:30 pm for a warmup run, or 7:00 pm for the main workout.
6:30pm   Warmup with one loop of parking lot, and then head out onto NE branch trail
7:00pm   Meet at far end of parking lot (near trail) for workout (40 minute run with pickups)
Club members and visitors of all paces are welcome.

This week’s question comes from blog reader Chris, who wants to know about your hat-wearing habits.  Do you wear a hat for running?  In what seasons?  Do you prefer a certain type or brand?
