Last Thursday, John, Emily, and I braved the ice to run around the College Park neighborhood next to the metro station. Actually, the roads weren’t too icy, and it turned out to be a nice evening for running.
This Thursday, we’ll have our “holiday lights” run from Kent’s house. Dress up in your favorite holiday run gear. Kent & I will supply jingle bells for your shoes. We’ll meet at the usual spot (College Park ice arena parking lot) at 6 pm and then drive over to Kent’s house. Or you can drive directly to Kent’s and meet at 6:15. Hot chocolate at Kent’s after the run. Who will be joining us?
Who is running Tuesday night at the track? Track workouts are the perfect way to keep off those holiday pounds.
